Cellini Moonphase (Ref. 50535) The complication Cellini. 39mm Everose gold case with caliber 3195 and a moonphase display at 6 o'clock showing the lunar cycle with a blue enamel disc and a full moon rendered in meteorite. The Moonphase is the most visually striking Cellini and the only current Rolex with a moonphase complication. It is also the rarest — produced in smaller quantities than the Time or Date.
